Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Tree In Cheyney Walk overhanging blocking view of Darrell Way junction with Northcourt Rd. Dangerous as cannot see to pull out without moving into Northcourt Rd first. Its even more dangerous because there are cars permanently parked at junction in Darrell Way forcing cars onto wrong side of Darrell Way road.
