  • Thank you for your report. I have investigated the ownership of this tree. The tree appears to be on land that is un-registered, however Banbury Town Council are currently undertaking Grounds Maintenance operations in this area and have agreed to lift the crown over the footway on a non-prejudicial basis as it is impeding the use of the adjacent footway.
