Road narrows sign completely obscured

The road narrows sign situated in the middle of the Armco barrier just before the Merge in turn sign by the Hill Farm overbridge on the A40 East bound (End of Witney by-pass) is completely obscured by a large bush. This part of the road is soon going to be part of a major collision.
