Bollard knocked over 20/7 outside White Hart Pub Sheep Street

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

I walked past the white Hart pub in Sheep St at 09.40 20/7 and then back again at 10.15 20/7 - during this time someone has knocked over one of the black bollards outside the White Hart. Probably caused by one of the countless vehicles that ignore the no entry sign to drive into and park in sheep street as there is no enforcement of the regulations. A check of CCTV between the above times may help identify who hit the bollard.
