Weeds and long grass are a trip hazard

This is separate from the steps being overgrown (already reported) because most people walk the level way along the overgrown verge rather than down the steps. The steps only lead to the roadway which is steep and doesn't have a pavement.

This walking routeis from the back door of the Upper Brook Hill retirement estate where some of the residents are quite elderly. This is the first year it hasn't been cut.
