When are you going to cut your grass outside my house? - It's a disgrace (some of the weeds are really tall) If you provide us with another brown bin (so we had two) and didn't charge us for the bins each year, we would get you grass cut regularly for you.

This is a photo of your verge outside our house compared with our next door neighbours! As I said in our last report we would cut your verge regularly if you didn't charge us for two brown bins (this has to be a cheaper option for you!)

We walked up the village yesterday & the verges had been cut - so why wasn't your verge outside our cottage also cut? This is getting ridiculous - all we want is for you to cut your verge or let us have free brown bins and we will get the job done for you. Outside our house is an eyesore in our pretty village. PLEASE FIX OUR STREET A.S.A.P !!!!!!
