Blocked drain

The rainwater is unable to enter the drain owing to a blockage and just flows onto the next one. I am also sure this is not the only drain like this.

  • The next drain down the street is also blocked with soil/road dust. In fact, it rained this morning, and the rain took ages to seep away it was moving as fast as paint drying. Someone had been out to try and unblock it but did not succeed.
