Hedge growing over and is at face level

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The hedge is growing over the path and when u walk past it goes into ur face, neck and chest. Its a nightmare as I’m in a wheelchair and it attacks my face and I can’t walk around it as it takes over the whole path and I’d have to go onto the road and that’s too dangerous!!
