Overgrown hedge blocking path

The hedge alongside the footpath is now so wide, there is barely 2 foot of footpath to walk on. This hedge badly needs cutting back and also the footpath needs re-edging to give a decent width for all pedestrians, pushchairs and wheelchairs as there is currently no way they can get past safely. Road is Duffield Close, Abingdon OX14 2RS
