Construction vehicles - roadside parking affecting visibility pulling out of Boulter Drive

Reported via desktop anonymously at 12:11, Thursday 18 July 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Plastic barriers and even more so construction vehicles parked on south verge of Dunmore Road are affecting visibility pulling out of Boulter Drive, as can't see oncoming traffic until later. If construction vehicles were parked further in, off the verge, away from the road, visibility would be better. It is not only here this is happening. There have also been instances of poor parking and obstructive plastic barriers, on the verge the east side of Peachcroft Roadabout. Please could companies involved be reminded to check their parking and the barriers used do not reduce visibility and infringe on safety. Thanks
