Fence height

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The homeowner has raised the height of their fence to 6ft which blocks vision on the corner for road users. It is dangerous and needs reducing to the original height.

  • This has been reported several times over the last few years. My last report was answered by saying it was not a big enough problem and the council has more important things to deal with.

  • Thank you for your report. The adoption seems to go to the back edge of the footway, so we feel the fence is on private land the Authority is not in control of the fence. Regards
