Thames Water have been cleaning the sewer along Brook Street Benson and Benson Road Ewelme. Now can OCC clear all the drains along these roads please. They aren't all blocked but several are and I think it would be worth systematically working along both sides of the whole length of these roads. Unfortunately Thames Water haven't done anything to stop all the frequently occurring water leaks along here. There is currently one just the Benson side of the Parish boundary on the south side of the road. (see photo) This is busy creating a pothole! So I guess it needs TW to repair the leak before OCC can fill the pothole.

  • Thank you for your report, we have recently inspected the location and found no surface water present, the gullies are on a cyclical maintenance cleaning schedule and will be cleared when the gully wagon attends site.
