Concrete sticking up outside room

There is a concrete section that is sticking up from the road on campion way outside number 17. This has been reported on a number if occasions as is getting worse. The concrete creates a loud noise when it is driven over which happens a lot as it is a busy road. The concrete is now starting to come out when cars, vans and buses are driving over it and cause a risk to injure a person on cause dMage to nearby houses of parked vehicle. This section is also a hazard to cyclists and motorists.
