Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Basal growth on tree together with vehicle regularly parked on double yellow line blocking sight lines when joining traffic for residents of The Court House and visitors/staff/customers of Registry Office.

  • Despite reporting the ongoing issue of parking on the double yellow lines obscuring sight lines and causing danger to those exiting the Court House and Registry Office, no action seems to have been taken.

This black Range Rover (G9 RDO) has been left unmoved on the double yellow lines for over a month. Why has no ticket ever been given. Do traffic wardens ever enforce parking on this street? Why haven't lines been repainted?

  • This vehicle has been parked illegally on double yellow lines for several months now without moving, and without a parking ticket. The vehicle continues to cause a dangerous situation without anything being done about it, even though reported several times over a very long timeframe. Can something be done please??

  • I wish to make a complaint that despite reporting ongoing dangerous parking on double yellow lines on Northfield End outside the Court House for over 2 years - no action has ever been taken. I have reported both here and on Oxfordshire County Council website. This black Range Rover has been continuously parked on double yellow lines for 3 months now as can be seen from the build up of leaves yet no enforcement action has been taken

  • The same vehicle is still dangerously parked on double yellow lines obscuring the view. Cobwebs are now linking it to the footpath posts.

I have reported it repeatedly to Oxfordshire Council parking, South Oxfordshire district council for poor road markings, Henley Town council and the police.

No one takes responsibility and the car remains unmoved, unticketed some 4 months later.

Can you please advise me who takes responsibility or do I have to make complaints to all 4 departments.

  • One month on from my last update, the same Black Range Rover has not been moved and remains dangerously parked on double yellow lines.

The lines are now obscured by autumn leaves.

I notice double yellow lines have been repainted around the illegally parked car but rather ridiculously the car has not been, moved, ticketed so the double yellow lines can be repainted beneath it (Area between red arrows on first photo where parking area ends)

You will notice that the Range Rover is now making legal parking in the designated zone difficult leading to verge parking and damage to the grass.
