A Pothole problem has been found

The road is in desperate need of repair, there is more patches than actual road left, the building site which is visited by numerous big lorries each day is making the road crack up/break up and many large potholes down the stretch of road are getting bigger. the rest of this estate was resurfaced a couple of years ago, but this one stretch was postponed, but still hasn't been resurfaced since. at minimum please can you fill in all the potholes.
