Missing bollard on buildout

A glasdon wood effect bollard has been removed from the buildout, outside Bruin Cafe. A cone has been placed over the hole left in the pavement, until this can be replaced. NB this is the second bollard that has been removed along the same road. (See ENQ241009261)
