Blocked drain outside property

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The drain outside our house, has been previously reported by our neighbour as blocked. A representative attended and confirmed the problem, which has never been rectified. With heavy rain the water is now covering our front garden and is encroaching on our front door
