Stop Cyclists & Scooters in Queen Street !!!!

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

I have seen council street wardens ignoring it and I was told by a policeman that the illegal cycling through Queen Street is a police matter i.e. anti social behaviour but I see that they have already passed the buck back to the council. There are STILL selfish cyclists and scooter riders riding through Queen Street despite road narrowing due to the current road works which have highly visable signs saying "CYCLISTS DISMOUNT". When is someone going to take action ???
