Two potholes near property, 10cm deep

There are two potholes near our property (the wall is our kitchen) which is causing disturbance and vibration to our house when cars pass, particularly during peak hours when they have to go through them. Cars are going through the centre of the road to avoid them which could cause a fatal accident,
