Bollard needed on pavement

Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 19:46, Tue 16 July 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

LTN bollard well established but it is possible to bypass by bumping onto the kerb and driving past the LTN. Cars are using this route to pass the bollard and using Essex Street as a rat run. There is a need for a bollard on the pavement to close off this route. Thanks

  • Thank you for your report. The LTN team are aware of this in the area, however, that corner is on Private land and therefore the team cannot place a bollard there.
