Sign on the pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Runway have put up a sign at the west end of Rattlecombe Road. It is an eyesore and I have seen it blow over several times into the road, causing a hazard. I would like to anonymously report this and to have the council request that the business stops putting up a sign on the road.
