Totally blocked gulleys

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The roadside gulleys down Blackthorn in Launton are totally blocked with earth and plants; they are incapable of doing the job they are supposed to do. DESPITE Oxford Road and Station Road being cleared in the recent two weeks, NO attempt has been made to clear these gulleys theeby allowing them to help remove water from the road. This problem has been previously reported several times…

  • This problem needs dealing with - note that the drain in the latest pic is under water because it isn't functioning. How many times must things be reported until action is taken?

  • Action scheduled 20th September, still no action evident 13th October. In the meantime, the road has suffered heavy flooding. How long must we wait?
