Badly surfaced trench

There is a trench dug some time ago here that hasnt been filled and resurfaced very well. Its placed on a bend on the bottom of a hill so a lot of water runs down this road and has washed away the material from the trench and its now quite deep across most of its length now. As its across the entire carraigeway you cant avoid driving through it.
