Gully needs to be rebuilt

The gully drain needs to be rebuilt not sufficient for the water that collects here. Constantly blocked when we have rain and road gets flooded. People with cars can not access as it is deep in areas. You need to consult with tesco as this surface water seem to be gathering here from all the tesco carparks. You need to consult with them and come up with a solution as this is not acceptable as this has been going on for over 10 years!
