Deterioration of road surface around speed bumps means that cars are regularly ‘grounding’ on the speed humps or swerving across the road to avoid them

So what is happening about this? Cars are regularly scraping the tops of these speed bumps and/or swerving to avoid them!
What’s the point of reporting problems if nothing happens??
