POintless traffic lights & MUD!

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

Temporary traffic lights have been set up but with absolutely nothing going on , on the carriageway. They only seem to be there to allow builders to park their vehicles on the road but are there 24hrs a day even when no work going on. In addition a HUGE amount of mud is being left on the road in contravention to traffic laws please address this immediately before an accident occurs
