Beech hedge outside residence blocks pavement so pedestrians with must walk in the road. There is no pavement on the other side of the road

This is hedge still overgrown forcing pedestrians into the road. The hedge needs to be trimmed/cut right back to the back of the pavement to make it safe for pedestrians to use.
