A Hedges problem has been found. the house number 27 property hedge is overgrown to the road. this is blocking the view of drivers and also those that are walking walk on the road. please can something be done.

I know this does not belong to OCC, this is private property, but we have elderly/disable people living here and this hedge can cause an accident

  • This is majority Cottsway owned property for vulnerable/disabled tenants.

    This is also a road used by children and elderly for the playing field and hall services.

    Very busy road, with lots of cars and people have no option but to walk in the road.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
