Grass verges over grown

Grass verge has over grown the footpath on station Road between Bledington and Kingham station, I walk that road 4 times a week for work, today I was nearly hit by a car as unable to walk on the path due to stingers and thistles

    This footpath is very dangerous at the moment (as it is every June/july) and needs to be cut back before someone is killed or seriously injured by a car
