Overgrown bushes and weeds blocking pathway

Spring Street had become overrun with weeds making it inaccessible got wheelchair users and prams. The pathway by the old hospital has overhanging plants and weeds that desperately need to be trimmed back. Pedestrians are forced into the road to get round.
