Street Lights in Retail Park On Late Through Night

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The very bright street lights in the adjacent retail park come on late at night, approximately 00:45, and illuminate our back facing bedroom even with curtains. There doesn't appear to be any reason why these lights need to be on given none of the buildings are open for business.

    Could i ask if its at the front , side or rear of the streetlight lantern that is causing the issue ? It will assist with sending our crews out to assess the problem,

  • Thank you for the response. The lights are down the street leading to Home Bargain. I couldn't see them when recording my issue, so picked the closest one. I suspect the council might not be responsible for these lights, but I dont know where else to raise this problem.

  • Thanks for the update, unfortunately the lighting here is owned by the retail site and not OCC. I haven't any details on file for this location im afraid, apologies we cant assist at this location
