Overgrown hedgerows

They have been trimmed recently to be inline with the grass verge but it has not been trimmed enough for pedestrians and vehicles to go down, particularly for transit vans. I've nearly been hit twice by the wing mirrors of transit vehicles. Villagers walk down this road regularly to go to the church, village pub and to go dog walking. This has been an issue for at least 2 months and sadly the recent work done has not rectified it enough.
