Not sure I've picked the right category as none seemed to fit. Water is flowing out of as manhole cover outside Orchard y. The cover has PO written on it and is adjacent to a telegraph pole so may be to do with BT/ phones. We have a lot of drainage issues here but I've never seen this before.
