This hedge is still severely overgrown by atleast 1m. This has been going on for years and needs resolving with the owner. They need to be made to cut it back to the boundary or the work doing and them charged. It is so dangerous as people are forced to walk in the road

In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
