Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This goes all the way along the public foot path from end of Beaufort Close to end of Battle Close. I was walking along this path about a month ago when two males came out of the over growth and startled me. I think they were urinating.. this is not acceptable it urgneeds cutting back.
