Big hole left and rubble left after road works

There have recently been drainage works taking place. A giant hole has been left on the embankment after they uncovered a drain. The hole is deep with roots sticking out. It is dangerous and an eyesore.

There is also a pile of rubble left a few yards away next to another drain from the previous round of works.

This should not be left this way.
