Trees growing in ditch

The ditch has now become over grown again. Affecting visibility and therefore safety. The first picture shows the fact that the white car cannot be seen. And the second shows when it becomes clear.

It is too overgrown to safely see when pulling out of the lay by.

Please would you arrange for it to be cut back again. And put it onto a regular schedule so I don’t have to keep reporting it.
