Large fallen tree branch blocking one side of the road when heading up the hill

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Large fallen branch blocking one side of the road. It is dangerous to go around. Also low hanging branches that will cause damage to any tall vehicle going down the hill not far from the branch blocking the road Please remove ASAP as it's currently a diversion route so it's busier than normal.
