As seen in photos, this area is used by cars, people etc accessing No 76 & 74 Deanfield Rd. I live at 74. This has become particularly bad since contractors have been replacing gas pipes over the last 6 weeks or so. You can see the damage caused by contractors’ diggers, lorries etc. The pavements adjacent are also damaged by tree roots causing pavement to crack & rise & are a liability for the numerous people walking past daily.
