Blocked/collapsed culvert on the entrance to the Whitecross bridleway

The culvert is blocked resulting in water running over the top of the concrete rather than into the pipe and flooding the surrounding area. The concrete has as a result become very slippery and is hazardous to step on effectively blocking the entry to the bridleway unless you can jump the stream. This has reportedly been this way for a number of months but the recent rain has increased the flooding and caused worry for the autumn/winter months given that the blocked culvert is immediately behind housing.
