Excess surface water on Queen Street, adjacent to Appletree Cottage OX18 2LP. Drain needs to be cleared which runs into a soakaway, situated on the drive of Appletree Cottage. I am the owner of Appletree Cottage and grant consent for access to empty the soakaway. Access to Queen Street is narrow, when this was last undertaken a small machine was used, rather than the standard size
