Parking on pavements on both side of the road on the daily bases and more so at weekend and evenings obstructing access, obstructing pedestrian push chairs or disable residents visitors. endangering bicycle user! it is a fatal accident waiting to happen! most houses have a garage and one or 2 parking spaces, it is shear inconsideration to other street and pavement user to obstruct pavement and road in such way!

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

The obstructions are getting worst with delivery turn back and many near miss to cyclist, where are traffic wardens and do they have a mandate to enforce obstruction on pavements? is double yellow lines the answer? if there responsibility, remit of the OCC or County council not being a main road! sourly there must be a department responsible for road and pavement safety use! consequently curb stone damage with further danger to user!
