Drains block which floods the road

In the past 3 years I’ve reported this several times, without resolution it keep been removed without being fixed!

Water comes out of the drain on the opposite side of the road, crosses the road and the blocked drain just floods the road, when it’s flooded completely it passes the house to the next drain!

Still flooding even though you have deleted it again!
