Land grab

Reported via desktop in the Grass category anonymously at 13:37, Wednesday 10 July 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

This triangle of land is part of the original Peachcroft Estate open landscaping scheme which provides green corridors and openness around the estate. The original trees that were planted were previously removed. About 4 weeks ago contractors stripped the grass in preparation for the new fence construction. The property boundary does not include this public strip of land that is well maintained by Oxfordshire County Council. It was regularly mowed inline with policy and was not overgrown or an eyesore. It should be returned to public landscaping and re-turfed.
