Overgrown hedge blocking footway

Reported via desktop in the Hedges category anonymously at 12:15, Wed 10 July 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 6 minutes later

Long stretch of overgrown hedge making it impossible for people to use footway with pushchair/children. Hedge is blocking three quarters of path. Can this be cut back properly rather than a cursory trim leaving it still blocking the path?

Council ref: ENQ241010758
