Illegal parking at The Rise exit to main Oxford Rd. Twyford.

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Because of the obvious dangers the council put in parking restrictions using both signage and road marking during the school run times. Worked well for a while but now is totally disregarded with many cars parking again. Many more close incidents.
