Investigating
Overgrown Tree And Bush Removal.

I have asked about this multiple times and no work has taken place since moving here 2 and a half years ago. I have explained my reasons for the removal last year and as the tree is causing multiple issues to my property i want this dealt with. I have contacted you via the phone on multiple occasions and now you want an open ticket hence this one.
I got a message saying contractors were updated on works about a year and a half ago. What does works even mean because if it is just a trim that is of no use and none of them even came out. No work was even done.
The entire overgrown bush needs removing completely and prevented from growing back and the same with the tree. At first i said i would like the tree trimmed down and maintained. But because you cannot even have anyone come out for 2 and a half years to "maintain" it, i now want it removed. Check the email i sent.
A new tree can be planted elsewhere that is not causing any issues to anyone, for example across the road on the green.
We will contact again via phone and i can resend the same email i sent just a few months ago.

The tree has been shortened but not removed. I did ask for the tree to be removed so we no longer have it to worry about going forward.
Also the bush and foliage has not been touched and it has forced me to cut some back myself overhanging my fence and i would kindly like it all removed and destroyed.
Thank you.
