Sinking drain in road

Drain is sinking and vehicles drive over it makes a very loud clunk noise from the metal that has become loose as the drain sinks. It is getting worse and the constant loud noise is effecting the residences, vehicles are affected with their tyres dipping down into the unveness of the road.
