Traffic Light blocked by over growth

Road from Culham to sutton courtenay and traffic lights before bridge. Bush has become overgrown and is completely blocking out the traffic light on the right hand side. This is VERY DANGEROUS since you cannot see if it is Red or Green. Please do ASP. Thanks
