Blocked drain on blind bend outside 43 Southern Road

Your system shows that this drain has been unblocked. IT HAS NOT. The drain blocks regularly and causes flooding across the road, on a blind bend. Every autumn it fills with leaves and floods whenever there is rain. The flooding causes cars to drive on the wrong side of the road around the bend. This is not only dangerous but is damaging the wall of 43 Southern Road.
